The brilliant Manx Voices choir will be performing at Peel Cathedral on Saturday 20th June 19:30.
Formerly the Manx Girls Choir, Manx Voices was formed in 1952 by Harry Pickard. The SSA (soprano, mezzo-soprano and alto) choir has a membership base of around 40 under the watchful eye of Musical Director, Angela Stewart, who took over the baton from Alan Pickard in 2003. The choir has made several tours across Europe and performs a varied repertoire, ranging from early music to modern classics and songs from the musicals.
