Coroner expresses sincere condolences to family
The inquest into the death of Ballasalla teenager Katie Robley has been opened and adjourned at Douglas courthouse.
The 19-year-old died in the intensive care unit at Noble's Hospital from injuries sustained in a two vehicle collision near to the Santon Motel last Friday.
Coroner John Needham released the body for funeral arrangements to be made and passed on his sincere condolences to the family.
The date for the inquest to resume will not be set until police investigations have been completed.
