Puppies were left in bin bag in Ramsey
The ManxSPCA says puppies that were dumped in a field in the north of the Island are 'doing well'.
People reacted with shock and anger on social media last week when it emerged four newly-born pups were found in a bin bag in Ramsey.
Police are investigating the matter and are keen to here from anybody with information.
