All roads to close at 1pm

There's been a further delay to today's Manx Grand Prix qualifying sessions.
A road traffic collision at the 32nd Milestone of the Mountain Road has caused a 30 minute delay.
All roads are now due to close at 1pm, after overnight bad weather delayed this morning's proceedings.
