
The new Chief Constable of the Isle of Man says he won't be making any sweeping changes to the way the Island is policed.
Mike Langdon has been acting Chief Constable since Mike Culverhouse went off on sick leave in August, and his full-time appointment was confirmed recently.
Mr Langdon (pictured) hopes to develop policies which are already in place, with an emphasis on neighbourhood policing (audio file attached):
