More than one 'snapshot' of data
Pathology updates are triggering the Covid-19 dashboard to update more frequently.
Throughout the pandemic the government statistics have been presented as a once a day 'snapshot' of current information.
However on Sunday the dashboard was updated on more than one occasion causing many people to question the figures – it also happened again yesterday.
In a statement to Manx Radio government has attributed it to extra updates from the pathology laboratory.
