Chief Constable looking to utilise other channels
The constabulary is looking to 'refresh' its approach to social media.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts says he has been lenient towards the use of online platforms, but is looking at ways to utilise other channels to inform and engage with the public.
There are almost 30 official force and individual officer accounts 'on patrol' across both Facebook and Twitter.
Tweetbeat and the Constabulary Media Page has some 60,000 followers between them.
