Current licence due to expire at the end of next month
Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall says a tender process is now underway to secure an operator for the Northern Civic Amenity Site.
The re-use area was closed during a period of instability at the site in 2025, when the facility faced the prospect of permanent closure.
Ramsey Town Commissioners currently holds a licence to run the site until the end of March.
Mr Crookall says he hopes there will be no interruption to the site's overall opening:
