Jasper Emery selected as Manx voice for UK Youth Parliament scheme
A student from QEII High School in Peel has represented the youth in the House of Commons this week (6 November).
Jasper Emery was amongst a selection of pupils from across the UK and overseas territories to share their perspectives and experiences as part of the next generation.
It's an initiative by Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle called the UK Youth Parliament.
Jasper told the chamber young people need more priority from governments:
Calls for more education on diabetes in Isle of Man schools
Yellow weather warning issued ahead of more heavy rain
Concert to commemorate 80th Anniversary of end of WWII
