Education minister explains forced closure of school settings
The education minister says schools have been 'fuelling' coronavirus cases on the Isle of Man.
It's as all schools, nurseries and childminders across the Island have been ordered to close today.
Late last night, government announced a 'firebreak' to 'help stop the spread of the virus'.
