It's now two wins and two crashes for Mark Cavendish at the Giro d'Italia.
The Manx Missile went down at the end of today's ninth stage, exactly a week after Roberto Ferrari swerved across his path and caused him to crash heavily at the end of stage two.
This time Matt Goss overshot the final bend and collided with Italian Filippo Pozzato, with Cavendish getting caught up in the debris as he came through.
He didn't go down hard, but it did ruin his chances of a third stage victory at this year's Giro.
