TT racer Guy Martin is preparing to leave Noble's Hospital and return home to Lincolnshire today (Wednesday), after his horrific crash during Friday's Senior race.
He suffered back injuries, broken ribs and a punctured lung in the accident at Ballagarey.
But he's making a good recovery - thanks to the superb care and enforced rest he's had over the past few days.
Guy is keen to thank the staff at Noble's as well as the many fans who've sent get well messages.
In his words, "It's been mega!"
He's recorded his thoughts exclusively for Manx Radio:
Hockey: Ladies Masters reach England Hockey Semi-Finals
Commonwealth Games 2026: Design chosen for Isle of Man baton
Rugby: Bevan Rodd included in England's final 2026 Six Nations squad
Snooker: Seventh straight win for Legion
