Works to Mountain Course surface praised by Birchalls

Bumpy nature of track in some areas highlighted last year

Work done to improve the surface on parts of the Mountain Course has received praise from the current sidecar champions.

Ben and Tom Birchall - who come into 2023 with 12 TT victories each - have been undefeated on the course since 2016.

Ben Birchall says the changes to Sulby Straight - where bumpiness was noted by numerous competitors in 2022 - are noticeable.

He was also asked what he and his brother have done to raise the bar again from last year:
